Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All event registrations are non-refundable. This includes ticket fees, processing fees, and any add-ons (such as guest tickets, merchandise, or premium options) purchased at the time of registration.

This policy is not punitive. It exists because our event capacity is limited, our spots fill in advance, and a last-minute cancellation typically prevents us from filling that seat in time.

2. Transfers

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your registration to another eligible adult (18+) at no charge, subject to the following:

Transfers requested within 72 hours of the event will be considered case-by-case but are not guaranteed.

3. Future Event Credit

In cases of documented hardship, including medical emergency, death in the immediate family, military deployment, or other circumstance beyond your reasonable control, you may request a credit toward a future Fireside event. To request:

Credit decisions are made at the sole discretion of Fireside leadership. Approved credits are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of the missed event and may be used for any equivalent or lesser-priced event. Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.

4. No-Shows

If you do not attend the event and do not contact us in advance, no refund, transfer, or credit will be issued.

5. Cancellation by Fireside

Fireside reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any event for reasons including, but not limited to, severe weather, venue unavailability, instructor unavailability, public health concerns, or insufficient registrations. In the event Fireside cancels:

6. Removal During an Event

Participants removed from an event for violation of our Code of Conduct or for safety reasons forfeit all paid registration fees. No refund or credit will be issued.

7. Processing Fees

Refunds, when issued, are returned to the original payment method. Original payment processing fees charged by our payment processor are not refundable to Fireside and may be retained from your refund amount, typically not to exceed three percent (3%) of the original transaction.

8. How to Request a Transfer, Credit, or Refund

All requests must be submitted in writing to:

Please include: your full name as it appears on registration, the event date, your registration confirmation number (if available), and the reason for your request. We respond to all requests within five (5) business days.

9. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback dispute with your bank or credit card company before contacting us, while a refund or credit request is open with Fireside, or in violation of this Refund Policy may result in a permanent ban from all future Fireside events and may be reported to collections.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. The policy in effect at the time of your registration governs that registration.
