The fastest way to reach Fireside is by email. We respond to every message, usually within one or two business days. For questions about an upcoming event, your registration, a refund or transfer, or anything else, use the options below.
For Event Questions
Include the event date and your name when you write so we can find your registration quickly. If you are asking about a refund, transfer, or credit, please see our Refund Policy first and include the information requested there.
For Brothers in Crisis
Fireside is a brotherhood, not a crisis line. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, call 911. For mental health crisis support in the United States, the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline is available 24/7 at 988 or 988lifeline.org. If a brother is struggling and you want to bring it to leadership, email us and we will respond.
